Last night, in pressence of Barselona City Mayor, Spanish Sports and EU Minister, UEFA, 53 European clubs and 25 cities representatives, Declaration of Good Will and Fair Play Promotion during international meeting between hosting towns and clubs has been signed! Partizan representative on this event was club`s spokesperson, Marko Vjetrovic.
Cities and clubs are aware of the fact they are obliged to promote sports values, sports spirit, tolerance, respect, city values, team spirit and to make all possible efforts to improve all those values mentioned!
It`s been stated how this is important to be presentednot only on the stadiums, but on the streets of hosting cities!
Moreover, demand has been any kind of the violence, vandalism and anti-social behaviour to be prevented during, before and after the any given match.
Besides, there will be attempts to find channels of communications and information exchange with purpose to advance matches organisation and to make proceedings easier regarding away supporters! Also, visitors should be informed of domestic laws and meet them with a practical info.

-underlined UEFA President, Michel Platini, and Barcelona Mayor, Jordi Hereu, in their speeches at the seminar -Due to its popularity, European football is not only attracting fans to the stadiums, but also offers a media promotion to hosting cities as tourist destinations. However, European international games hosting cities sometimes face disobidience of the law and order before and after the matches. We are all aware how important finding the solutions for those problems and hospitality improvement is, as well as respect of fair-play, courage and equity not only within stadiums premises, but on the streets of hosting cities, too.
UEFA and the city of Barselona started joint campaign and suggested signing of Good Will Declaration from cities and football clubs, as a promotion of fair-play in the cities hosting international football matches.
