FK 011 hosts first memorial Momcilo Moca Vukotic youth tournament, to be played this weekend, 15-16 June.
Momcilo Vukotic`s son Dejan, who organized this tournament with the help of his family, spoke at the opening ceremony along with FK 011 President Igor Ziherl.
Young Partizan first team players Nemanja Trifunovic and Dusan Jovanovic were also present at the opening.
“Partizan history is great and any young player has to take pride in taking part in this tournament, to become part of Vukotic`s life for a brief moment. We`ll try to speak to the younger players about greatness of Moca “, said Jovanovic.
“When you see those massive appearances numbers and goals scored by Moca Vukotic, it`s a boost for every players who lives for the football game. We were taught about Moca`s life and we will be glad to see new generations of players learning about his life and Partizan history”, said Trifunovic.
First day of the tournament was also attended by former Partizan players and coaches such as Marko Nikolic, Gordan Petric, Zoran Mirkovic, Dzevad Prekazi, Nikica Klincarski, Slavo Bajovic and Sasa Zdjelar along with our eternal rival`s representatives Mitar Mrkela, Bosko Djurovski and Nikola Nikodijevic, as well as representatives of clubs participating in a tournament – FK Partizan, FK Crvena Zvezda, FK Vojvodina, OFK Beograd, FK Cukaricki and FK 011.
