The signing of new scholarship and professional contracts represents a continuation of a clear vision — creating a stable system in which young footballers are given the opportunity to grow, progress, and become key figures in the black-and-white squad.

Scholarship contract for Kabir Nailović

Young striker Kabir Nailović (born 2011) has signed a scholarship contract with the club. Playing as a center forward, he is already showing potential that sets him apart within his generation.

Professional contracts for academy and Teleoptik players

The club has signed professional contracts with several talented players from its youth academy and development system, further strengthening the connection between the younger categories and the first team.

• Pavel Trajkovski (2007) – goalkeeper and Partizan youth player, as well as a North Macedonia international, has signed a 2.5-year professional contract.

• Vuk Adžić (2007) – midfielder from the youth academy, has also signed a 2.5-year deal.

• Ognjen Ristić (2008) – another talented midfielder from the youth ranks, has committed to a 2.5-year contract, a clear sign of the club’s confidence in his potential.

Special emphasis is also placed on players who have developed through the Teleoptik system, the black-and-whites’ developmental affiliate:

• Danilo Bulatović (2007) – right-back and first-team member of Teleoptik, has signed a 1.5-year professional contract.

• Nikola Popović (2006) – center-back and regular first-team player for Teleoptik, has also signed a 1.5-year deal.
