"Partizan fans, Grobari, support Partizan, cheer for Partizan. Don't harm Partizan," Knežević said at the start of his message.

He reminded supporters that Partizan has paid hundreds of thousands of euros in UEFA fines in recent years due to incidents related to crowd behavior, stadium safety, and match organization. He particularly stressed the importance of respecting assigned seating and keeping all stairways and passageways clear throughout the match.
"No one should remain on the stairways or in the aisles. Find your seat, take your place, enjoy the match, and support Partizan."
Knežević warned that UEFA strictly penalizes incidents such as offensive chanting, inappropriate behavior, blocked exits, and other violations that can lead to heavy financial penalties or even partial stadium closures. He also revealed that the match against UNA Strassen will be under enhanced UEFA supervision, with two UEFA inspectors present at Partizan Stadium.
"We have to pay attention to everything. UEFA is very strict, and even the smallest problem in the stands can have consequences for the club."
He emphasized that the money spent on fines would be far better invested in the club.
"It's important that we invest that money in Partizan instead of paying UEFA. We need to behave responsibly, support the team, and stop wasting money on fines."
Knežević concluded by encouraging supporters to be Partizan's greatest strength in Europe through passionate but responsible support.
"It's important that we behave properly in the stands, be true Grobari, and help lead Partizan to victories in the period ahead. Let's start with the match against UNA Strassen."
The UEFA Conference League second qualifying round match between Partizan and UNA Strassen will be played on Thursday, July 23, at 9:00 p.m. at Partizan Stadium.
